Register a User

There are two types of accounts in the Fonetti School Portal.
  1. Admin accounts: Admins can add and delete teacher accounts, remove pupils from the school, demote other Admins, and have all the permissions that teachers have.
  2. Teacher accounts: Teachers can manage classes by adding pupils to the School Portal and assigning them to classes. They can remove pupils from classes but cannot delete them from the School Portal.
It’s important to assign the right level of access to your staff from the start. We recommend having at least two Admins to ensure there's always someone available (in case of absences!).
We also recommend adding TEACHERS, CLASSES, and PUPILS in that order for a smooth setup.
