Recommended Method: Adding Pupils to Classes

If teachers wish to register their own class, rather than the Office Support team doing it, pupils can be added directly to classes.
To add pupils to a class:
  1. Click CLASSES on the sidebar.
  2. Select MANAGE CLASS next to the class you want to add pupils to.  
  3. Click ADD PUPILS.                                                                              
  4. Choose either ADD EXISTING PUPILS or CREATE NEW PUPIL ACCOUNTS (to add new pupils).                                                 
This will automatically assign them to the selected class. You may want to double-check to confirm that all pupils have been added correctly.

Once pupils are added, their login passwords/QR codes are generated and emailed to the teacher who added them.

The email will contain a PDF that you can print, cut up, and distribute the QR codes/login details to each pupil. You’ll also receive an Excel spreadsheet with usernames and passwords for reference. Please keep this information, along with the QR code sheet, in a safe place for any future password reminders!
